Licensed Day Activity and Health Services facilities provide daytime services, up to 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday, to people who live in the community. Services address physical, mental, medical and social needs. Adult Day Care, or more specifically Day Habilitation, has a central location where individuals can meet and gather. From that location, there are opportunities for individuals with disabilities to participate in on-site activities or leave the center to engage in activities in the community.
Adult Day Services is a facility-based program for individuals with disabilities ages 18 and up. Our Day program is designed to assist individuals in the improvement and retention of skills necessary to be as independent as possible in their daily lives.
